25 Days of Christmas

To make the holidays seem longer, I like to celebrate as early as the first of December. There will be no "lists"
this year, rather, we will be spontaneous and come up with something festive daily as we countdown the days until Christmas. Here are some of the things we've done so far:

Day 1: Ian and I decorated his tiny christmas tree. Also, his advent calendar from his nana and pop began this day. And then that evening, he and his papa attended the clinic's holiday party.
Day 2: Liam and I put up some decorations around the house.
Day 3: Jeremy and I took the boys to get our big Christmas tree. Ian helped his papa pick one out, and then he helped out by putting up the lights.
Day 4: I boiled cinnamon powder and apple slices in a pot to make our house smell like Christmas, while Christmas music is being played in our surround sound! Ian helped out by eating the other half of the apple, since only half is needed to be boiled :)

Here are some pictures from the last few days.

20 days left til Christmas!

Ian's Christmas Wish List 2012

Dear Santa,

If you are watching this, please listen carefully. Ian's list is a tough one this year. But he deserves every single one.

Love,

He's Here!

Liam Daniel was born November 5, 2012 at 8:11am. He weighed 9 lbs and 4 oz, and 19 inches long. I felt immediate love, pure joy, and thankfulness to The Lord from the second I heard his first cry. When the nurses finally showed him to me, I cried.
My heart is so full of joy, that this wonderful, amazing, sweet boy is finally here, and now our family of four is complete.

37 week photo shoot

Here is the wonderful boy who's been residing in my belly for the last 37 weeks. I think he already looks like his big brother.
He is awesome. He is loved. He is mine.
